BECOME A MAVERICK
AM I ELIGIBLE?
Eligibility for Initial Enrollment:
You are believers and followers of Jesus Christ. At least one parent regularly attends, is known, and is involved in a local church, and fully supports and agrees with our Statement of Faith. A positive reference from a leader at your church is required and will be updated every three years for continued enrollment. See our Concept of a Covenant Community for more information.
Where applicable, your previous school financial records are free and clear, and your student’s grades and records can be transferred upon request.
You can teach your student on home days and understand you’re expected to serve on-campus throughout the year if your student takes campus classes (details in Partnership Agreement and Handbook).
Review and agree to the Partnership Agreement.
Review and agree to the Concept of a Covenant Community.
You can submit a recent school physical, immunization record or exemption (official), and a copy of birth certificate.

Please refer to the Handbook for information on continued eligibility for enrollment:

ADMISSIONS PROCESS
We're excited you want to become a Maverick! If you have any questions during your application process, please contact us. We're here to help!
STEP ONE
After you have toured our campus, let us know you'd like to join our school community by completing an online application. You will need the following information from your church and current school: Name, Contact Name and Email. We will reach out to them on your behalf. (Curious what we'll ask your church reference? Here's the form we send on your behalf: Church Reference.) At this point, you'll be asked to pay a non-refundable $50 application fee via PayPal using a debit or credit card.
STEP TWO
Family Interview & Testing
Once we receive your application, we'll schedule a family interview. In your private interview, your family will meet with one of our school administrators. If all admissions requirements are satisfied, CCA will notify you that your student(s) has been accepted!

We will also schedule new-student testing to take place after your interview. The tests ensure your student is placed in the appropriate math and language arts classes. You will pay $70 per student at the time you sign-up for testing.

STEP THREE
Enroll
The final step is to accept our invitation by enrolling. We ask you to do this within seven (7) days of receiving your email. You'll complete the Continuous Enrollment Agreement (which tells us you're enrolling at CCA until your student graduates OR you fill out an unenrollment form) and the Financial Agreement (which is our payment contract). At this time, you'll make a $250 per family, non-refundable deposit via PayPay using a debit or credit card. Your deposit will be applied as a credit toward your future tuition payment(s).
OPEN ENROLLMENT DATES
CCA’s Open Enrollment means families may apply to attend our school at any time. There are some cut-off dates within this process. Here is what you need to know:
CURRENT YEAR
AUGUST PAUSE
In order to provide our students, families, and staff with adequate support to start the school year, we pause our enrollment process for the month of August. We will not interview, conduct testing or start new students. (We appreciate your understanding. Next year, your family will benefit from having our undivided attention!)

DECEMBER 1
We accept applications for the current school year prior to December 1. Our long history of partnering with families shows new students are most successful when they join our school no later than the start of the second semester. It can take a month to get pastoral references, conduct family interviews and new student testing, and for you to acquire curriculum and supplies. This deadline gives us the time necessary to successfully set your family to join in January at the start of the second semester.
FUTURE YEAR
BEFORE FEBRUARY 28
If you apply before February 28 for a future school year, you will enroll into a Wait Pool for your chosen grade(s). Our current families get priority placement and this is their deadline to inform us of any changes to their enrollment plans for the next year. You will pay the non-refundable $50 application fee at this time. During the first week of March, we will notify you of your student’s placement opportunity.
AFTER MARCH 1
After March 1, we will be able to gauge enrollment for the next school year. We will let you know immediately if there is room for your student.
PRIORITY ORDER
This is the order of priority we consider when filling spots in our classes.
1. Current CCA families
2. New families with Hybrid students
3. New families with ½ day, Flex or Guest students
